Information You Provide
When you use a contact form or guided real estate questionnaire, you may choose to provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, real estate goals, timing, city or area preferences, property information, and any message you submit.
How We Use Information
We use information you provide to respond to your real estate request, understand the type of help you are seeking, communicate with you about that request, improve our services, maintain business records, and protect the website from misuse or fraud.
Contact Forms and Web3Forms
Website form submissions are processed using Web3Forms. Information you submit through a form may be transmitted to Web3Forms so the request can be delivered to Elevated by Butler. Web3Forms processes form information according to its own privacy and security practices.
Address Autocomplete and Geoapify
Some location fields use Geoapify Address Autocomplete to suggest addresses, cities, neighborhoods, and ZIP codes while you type. After you enter at least three characters in an enabled location field, the partial location text is sent to Geoapify so matching suggestions can be returned. This feature operates independently of Google Analytics and does not require analytics consent.
The location text used for autocomplete is not sent to Google Analytics by our website tracking code. If you submit a real estate request, the final location value you enter or select may be included with that request and processed by Web3Forms for delivery to Elevated by Butler. Geoapify may process API request information according to its own privacy practices. See Geoapify's Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics and Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand general website usage such as page views, questionnaire starts, successful lead submissions, booking-link clicks, and phone or text link clicks. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers only after you consent to analytics cookies.
Analytics is blocked until you choose Accept Analytics. If you decline before accepting, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. If you previously accepted and later decline, the site disables further Analytics sending and removes known Google Analytics cookies. You can reopen Cookie Settings from the website footer.
Elevated by Butler's analytics code uses a strict allowlist. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, street or property addresses, ZIP codes, form messages, free-form questionnaire answers, booking-form contents, autocomplete values, and other arbitrary form values are not permitted in Analytics events. Inbound query parameters are removed before Analytics can load. Analytics receives only the page URL without query parameters and predefined categorical interaction values approved by the site's analytics guard.
Google provides more information about how it processes data from sites that use Google services at Google's information for partner sites.
Information Collected by Analytics
After analytics consent is granted, Google Analytics may collect general usage information such as session activity, device and browser information, approximate geographic information, and first party identifiers used to distinguish visits and sessions. This site disables Google signals and advertising personalization signals in its Analytics configuration.
Third Party Services
We use service providers to operate the website and process requests. These may include website hosting, form processing, analytics, email delivery, brokerage technology, and similar operational services. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services to us.
Sharing and Sale of Personal Information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with unrelated third parties for their own unrelated marketing. Information may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, disclosed when required by law, or used when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, security, or the integrity of the website.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to requests, maintaining business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting our rights.

You may decline analytics cookies through the cookie banner or reopen Cookie Settings from the website footer. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This website is intended for adults seeking real estate information and is not directed to children.

Appointment scheduling
If you use the Book a Consultation page, appointment availability and booking details are processed through Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling. Information you provide there may include your name, email address, phone number, consultation topic, appointment time, and other information you choose to provide. Google processes that information to display availability, reserve the appointment, send confirmations, and place the booking on Josiah Butler's calendar.
Elevated by Butler's Google Analytics implementation is intentionally separate from the booking form. Booking names, email addresses, phone numbers, appointment times, consultation notes, and other booking form contents are not sent to GA4 by Elevated by Butler's tracking code.
